Important Advisory About Verizon Backlog

 At Expert Technology Associates, we work hard to
act as an advocate on your behalf and we want to
keep you informed of any business communications developments that affect your business. That's
why we want to tell you about a new, temporary development: Due to a significant volume of
pending orders, Verizon is now imposing a mandatory installation interval of 60 business days (not
calendar days) instead of the normal installation
period of 45 business days. This affects all Verizon-related orders placed during or after December 2010, including those placed directly or indirectly with Verizon.

If you are placing an order with Verizon or with a carrier in the Verizon footprint, please factor this information into your timetable. It is especially critical if you are moving your location and have a hard move date that needs to be hit.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause you and your business and want to limit any impact this may have on your planning. ETA’s Project Management team will see to it that your orders are placed and processed with all carriers as quickly as possible with 100 percent accuracy to ensure that there are no additional delays in the order process.
