Specializing in video wall displays, systems, and large screen display products sales and service, Video Visions, Inc. After a poor customer service experience from their previous phone vendor in 2004, Video Visions began seeking a new vendor for their voice communication needs.   They were eventually recommended to ETA by a long-term client.  Video Visions partnered up with ETA in 2005 to install a new phone system, made up of both digital and IP phones, at their headquarters in Philadelphia.

When making the decision to move to a new facility in the summer of 2013, Video Visions’ president, Mary Ellen Milanese-DiStasio made the choice “to proceed with ETA because they had done such a good job in servicing and supporting our phone systems up to that point.”

ETA was challenged with the task of moving an entire processing system to a new facility during major construction, all while ensuring service was up and running at all times.  Their new location, which was once a residential facility, was filled with existing nests of wires and cables, making the installation even more complex.  On top of it all, Video Visions’ carrier service provider fell short, presenting the ETA installation team with yet another obstacle.
