If you have older software, your system won't automatically change the date and time during daylight savings for example. To change the date and time, leave any phone designated with system administration capabilities on the hook and dial 9800. Follow the prompts to make the appropiate changes.

Leave your phone on the hook and dial 9860 from any phone designated with system administration capabilities.
What do I do if I have a system alarm?
Write down the alarm number and call the ETA Response Squad for immediate assistance. To clear the alarm, leave your phone on the hook and dial 9850.

Alarm 203 means that your voice mail is not working, or your voice mail went off line and came back on. Call the ETA Response Squad for support.
