May 6, 2013 News-Events Last year, ETA updated our Mission Statement for the first time in company history. This was a big change for us since our first Mission Statement, which was introduced in 2003, was in place for over nine years.ETA’s original Mission clearly outlined our foundational values and goals for customers, and it served us well throughout the years. So why change it? Well, we decided that it was important for our Mission to show our commitment to partners and continuous learning, as well as to our values and customers. As a result, we now have a new Mission that maintains the same core principles found in the original Statement while reflecting our dedication to customers, partners and the expansion of our knowledge. NEW MISSION STATEMENT: To forge long term relationships with Clients and Channel Partners by strengthening their businesses through our knowledge, expertise and performance in delivering innovative voice and data solutions with a rewarding, unparalleled customer experience. To continue to grow as a profitable, first class organization focused on our People, Continuous Learning and a Culture of Accomplishment. When you come into our building, you’ll see this new Mission Statement in every room. It even covers an entire wall near the entrance of our office.
