1. Evaluate the cost of moving your existing phone systems or upgrading.

2. Think in advance about wiring and cabling.

  • Do you need phone wires and cabling installed at the new space or office?

3. Coordinate with your current vendors.

  • Find out how much advance notice your vendors require for notification of moves or cancellation of service.
  • What are each vendor's specific rules for moving service?

4. Schedule appointments and confirm all details.

  • Once plans are set, schedule appointments for vendors and coordinate with building management to make sure you will have access at those times.
  • Confirm all plans by reviewing them in writing.
  • Confirm all appointments up to three times each to make sure this well orchestrated move goes off without a hitch.
