Group Dynamics (www.groupdynamics.com) is a qualitative market research company located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. In addition to focus groups, one-on-one interviews and other types of in-person research, Group Dynamics’ portfolio of services includes recruiting nationally and
website usability testing.

When providing these services to clients, Group Dynamics delivers all pieces of the puzzle from beginning to end, including recruiting and screening participants, hosting studies at their facilities, and moderating and observing research to produce a report on the findings.

Because they offer so many different comprehensive services to clients, and because website testing is currently in such high demand, Group Dynamics needs to be able to handle large amounts of bandwidth at their facilities.

But when one of Group Dynamics’ biggest, long-standing clients came in to do a large-scale website testing project with a high number of participants, Group Dynamics found that their Internet connection wasn’t able to provide the bandwidth they needed. That's where ETA came in.
