Exceeding our client’s expectations is ETA’s number one measurement of success. And to keep ourselves in check, we ask our clients to weigh in with their thoughts during various times of our engagement with them through surveys.

Here are some comments shared with us from ETA LINC Partner, Dana Desimone, EMCO Technology:

“Number one – I NEVER do surveys! I am always too busy for such nonsense, but I regularly work with many of your technicians and sales reps. They are all easy to work with, kind (real people), professional, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them again. I can’t really say that about any of the other vendors I work with. So, whatever you’re doing over there – management – keep up the good work, and thank you for doing such a great job of treating your employees well.”

Compelled by Dana’s feedback, ETA President, Craig Marowitz reached out to him by phone personally to thank him.

During that call, Dana went on to say that, a few weeks ago, he was working with a mutual customer and needed help from ETA on a Sunday. He was blown away at how willing ETA was to provide knowledge and assistance at the drop of a hat on the weekend.
